Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel. To be eligible for return: ‑ The item must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original condition. ‑ All original packaging must be intact. ‑ Custom‑made items are non‑returnable. > Note: Natural meteorite stones have unique texture and minor surface variations, these are natural characteristics and are not considered product defects.
How to Return
Please contact our customer support first to obtain a return authorization before sending goods back. Do not send returns without prior notice, otherwise we cannot guarantee your refund processing. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or there is our manufacturing error.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days after receipt. We will arrange replacement or partial / full refund according to the actual situation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5‑10 business days. Refund will go back to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for bank processing.
